Conducted Emissions



Any equipment connected to the power supply can generate emissions on the cables that connect to the power supply lines. These emissions can enter into other equipments connected on the power supply lines. This can cause other system or product to fail. For this reason, FCC specifies a limit on the maximum amount of the emission a product is allowed to generate on power supply cables. We call this conducted emission.
