Allegro How to assign or change Pin Number of Padstack in Footprint
Let us say you created a footprint and figured out that the pin numbering was wrong, reverse or inaccurate for whatsoever reasin and you wish to assign or change the Pin Number. How do you do this. This is actually simpler, but we have found many people looking for this information.
The Pin numbers are nothing but texts and you can edit these text using edit -> text. Once you have clicked Edit -> Text, you can select the text and edit it. That is it. Here is the youtube video showing it.
