Eric Bogatin’s book is for beginners. It lays down principles of the signal integrity in layman terms. I recommend it to anyone who wants an easy reading of a complex and important topic.
The topics covered include transmission lines, differential impedance, crosstalk. It misses separate chapter on EMI and layer stackup. Also missing is the chapter on power distribution.
