Not able to open attachments in Hotmail?
Today, I received some emails in my hotmail as an xls attachment but I am not able to open it. When I click it nothing happens. No warning sign nothing. Dead blank.
I understand that in some cases Microsoft does it for security purposes, but in my case there was no such think.
I got another issue today. Someone tried sending some spam mail to all my contacts in my email. The content of the email was as follows.
“Take you time to prepare the best Christmas gift for your family”. The message was: I’d like to introduce you a very good company: http:// www. wto- store.com. You can find the most Xmas gifts you ever wanted. You won’t miss it!
Microsoft can you help me identify why and where this email came from, and fix it? Thanks
Otherwise time to dump Microsoft ?
