The message is about the hiking of  fees for gold members from the getafreelancer.com. So here goes her message.

GAF has changed fee structure Gold Membership is now at $19.95 per month and on top of that we need to pay 3% commission on every project. It seems that they wants to suck our hard earned money. I request you all providers to post a ticket at GAF helpdesk and force them all together to revoke 3% commission. May be we all can afford $19.95 per month for gold membership but 3% commission on each and every project is not at all fair. So again I request you all to write a ticket at GAF helpdesk and force them to revoke 3% commission. Please please please spread this messages to all providers as soon as possible.

It is ridiculous

Many loyal experts of getafreelancer are outraged at the fee hike by getafreelancer. However, this was not entirely unanticipated. Do you know how much ebay, amazon etc charge ? All of them are trying to encash the faith people have put on their platforms.

However, getafreelancer’s hike is too steep and too high. It will lead many members to cancel their gold membership, since, many members are not paid high enough. The projects on getafreelancer are often low paying and hiking of fee will inadvertantly affect the member’s loaylity.

I therefore urge all members to support Priya Pandey’s move to enforce getafreelance scale back the hike. Please forward this blog to all your fellow members of getafreelancer.
