Digg violates copyright of PTI

PTI, the Press Trust of India very clearly says that any kind of framing is not allowed in its website. Here is the actual content of the copyright notice
“© Copyright 2009 PTI. All rights reserved. Republication or redistribution of PTI content, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent.”
Digg however clearly violates this copyright notes as you can see in the figure below.
The story has been uploaded by me with username digger. It is possible that digg deletes my username of the link itself. That is the reason I captured the photo, before digg could do this.
