Most of us already know that a SEO friendly url is recommended. By SEO friendly url we mean that the keywords should form the part of the url. For example instead of

we may like the url to be
http://referencedesigner.com/blog/seo-url-dashes-vs-underscore.
Sometimes people design their website, so that they write the url with underscore in place of dashes as in
http://referencedesigner.com/blog/seo_url_dashes_vs_underscore.
One must note that google processes underscore in a different way than the dashes. In case of undersore, it thinks that the underscore is a part of the url. So when we write c_sharp, it attempts to gives preference to search for c_sharp and possibly less importance to csharp or c sharp. In case, where the url is c-sharp, google gives preference to search for “c sharp”.
It is therefore recommended that dashes are preferred over the underscore wherever possible when creating SEO friendly urls.

The operating system is Windows 7 Starter. The netbook has a webcam and includes VGA, USB 2.0 and audio in/out. Fujitsu plans to start selling LifeBook MH380 from January, priced at around $449.

If google can crawl ALL of your webpages you do not need a sitemap. It is however possible that your web design is such that it does now allow google to crawl ALL the pages from the home page. Under such conditions you need a sitemap.
Here is a simple method to generate and submit your sitemap to google.
In a simple text file write one URL per line. For example:

You are a Search Engine Optimization expert and have optimized few websites of your own and brought them to the top in the search enging and increase the traffic. Now you are willing to expand the horizon and you want some clients who could potentially need search engine optimization service. How to get a SEO client ?
I will answer these questions based upon my experience and my knowledge.
1. The best thing to start with is the local market. Everyday, you come accross some real estate agents, some mortgage especialist, a chiropractor, a car body shop owner. Most of them have a website. Start talking to them. Ask them if they get traffic on their website and if they monitor their traffic. If they do not tell them that you can install the google analytics for free on their website that will help them monitor their traffic. Then offer your service to increase their search engine ranking. Note that they may not be familiar with the terms like SEO and page rank. So talk to them in plain English.
2. Keep a card ready. The card should clearly say that you are a Web Traffic expert. Include your number and website url in the card. Whenever you go to any club, meeting and other places of public gathering hand over the card and tell them about yourself. Some of them may become your customer.
3. Make relationship with people who do not have conflicting interests. Advertise their services on your website and ask them to advertise your services on their website.
4. Join local organizations, clubs, especially any small business organizations. Talk to all of them and tell them what you are. Hand over your card to them. They may need your service.
5. If it is not expensive run an advertisement in a local newspaper. Add youe name, number and website url.
6. Once you get a client, work harder than you promised. Do everything to increase traffic, optimize their website and do everything right. You may get repeat customer and more customer from word of mouth.
Search engine optimization can be a good source of secondary income or a full time job. In many cases you can do it by staying at home. But you will still need to do something offline to get some clients.
